The Usage Summary is a modal that gives users visibility of their usage metrics for the current and previous months. The summary modal can be accessed from every page of the platform so that a customer does not need to interrupt their workflow to take a look at their usage.
Go to user profile drop-dow
Select USAGE
Locate your used hours per product
📕 Note: The Usage feature is restricted to Admins and Managers only. Standard Grabyo users will have no visibility of the Usage Summary.
Usage Summary Modal
Within the modal, you will be able to see the different metrics that are available to view, the definition of these metrics is below:
Producer - Running Hours
The total number of running hours of on-demand Producer instances during the time period (updated hourly).
Live Recording - Running Hours
The total number of hours of a live recording from on-demand live recording instances during the time period (updated hourly).
Live Clipping - Export Duration
The total number of hours of clips created during the time period (updated hourly).
Pro Ingest - Running Hours
The total number of hours of Pro Ingest during the time period (updated hourly).
Pro Ingest - Bandwidth Out
The total number of gigabytes (GB) of data transferred out of Pro Ingests during the time period (updated hourly).
