Here are some of our best practices when using Producer Guest.

Solutions

  • Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection. You can verify this by running a quick speed test and sending us the results.

  • If you are currently on a wireless connection, please consider using an ethernet connection instead.

  • If you are using your device's speakers for audio output instead of a headset, please be aware that the noise cancellation feature may affect the sound quality.

  • Make sure to use a wired headset, as using Bluetooth headphones may cause audio issues.

  • If you are experiencing any audio issues or buffering, consider removing and re-creating the guest, as this often resolves the problem.

  • You can also alleviate buffering or audio issues by increasing the guest source delay. You can find this option by clicking on the settings tab of the guest and adjusting the delay.

  • Please note that Producer Guest is supported only by laptop and desktop devices using Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers such as Microsoft Edge.

✅ Tip: You may experience lipsync issues when running antivirus software. Please disable it before using it.

📕 Note: A guest link should not be shared with more than one person at a time.
