To enhance user experience and security, we are introducing a new logging method into the mobile app via a login token generated within your account on Grabyo web.
Generating Your Mobile Login Token
Login to Grabyo web platform
Navigate to your user profile and select EDIT USER
Select GENERATE LOGIN TOKEN
An AUTHENTICATION CODE will be available to copy or send via email
Navigate to the Grabyo Mobile app and paste the code into the password section to log in
Once logged in to the app you will remain logged in indefinitely
📕 Note: The token has the following rules:
A token will be active for 5 minutes
A token can only be used once
If a new token is created, previous tokens will be invalidated
The token created will be 6 alphanumerical characters
✅ Tip: The mobile app will no longer require you to use MFA for logging in. This is because you will already have gone through the MFA or any other security requirements to initially log in to the web application and generate the token.
