Adding collaborators
You can add collaborators when sharing to Instagram by selecting the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of an Instagram card in the credential list.
From here, you can open the collaboration model where you will be able to add an Instagram account by its handle. After entering a handle, it will be added to the list below and automatically selected.
📕 Note: Due to restrictions in the API, a user will need to write the exact handle of the account. Grabyo will not be able to verify if the account handle is correct and will not be able to provide any more information about the account (verified status, etc). Adding incorrect handles will result in a failed share, and an appropriate message will show in the share history.
We therefore suggest that you copy this directly from the Instagram URL. For example, “grabyo” is the handle in the URL: https://www.instagram.com/grabyo/
After adding up to 3 accounts to collaborate with, they can click on save, and they will see that the Instagram card will have “collaborators” underneath the name of the integration in the sidebar.
📕 Note: Previously selected collaborators will be saved in the list after sharing and will remain selected for future shares unless edited or cleared. You can store up to 20 Instagram handles. Please note, this list works at a user level; no user in the same org will have access to the list of another.
What happens on Instagram?
