How to add a TikTok account

  1. Select your USER icon in the top right-hand corner of the page

  2. Select SOCIAL ACCOUNTS from the drop-down menu

  3. Select ADD ACCOUNT

  4. Select TIKTOK from the menu

  5. Enter your login credentials and select AUTHORIZE

  6. Select CLOSE WINDOW to finish

✅ Tip: Log in to your TikTok account in your browser for our API to automatically detect your TikTok account.

How to share to your TikTok account

  1. Select the LIVE CLIPPING TOOL on the stream that you want to clip from

  2. Select a CAMPAIGN from the drop-down menu on the right-hand side of the page

  3. Set the IN and OUT points of your content

  4. Select your TIKTOK ACCOUNT and select SAVE AND SHARE

  5. Navigate to the TIKTOK app on your phone

  6. TIKTOK will notify you when the video from Grabyo is ready to be shared

  7. Select EDIT YOUR VIDEO BEFORE SHARING TO TIKTOK

  8. Select NEXT to publish

📕 Note: To publish the video you will need to use the TikTok mobile app. This will not show on the TikTok desktop version.

📕 Note: TikTok does not currently support images or GIFs and does not accept any metadata including geo-blocking.

💡 Tip: TikTok does not support any metadata when sending videos including titles, descriptions, and social messages.

Troubleshooting TikTok video length

The size of the uploaded video file must be below 50 MB. The duration of the video file must between 3 seconds and 60 seconds. The Video Kit API sets this limit whereas you can create a video for up to 3 minutes on the TikTok app.
