🔜 : Upcoming update to the broadcast workflow
🔜 : Upcoming update to the broadcast workflow
We’re excited to let you know about an upcoming update to the broadcast workflow within Grabyo.
These changes are designed to make managing broadcasting of live streams easier, giving more control to those who need it, especially as your team grows and becomes more distributed. Full details below:
Managing Live Broadcasts: Updated permissions
Previously, only the user who created a Broadcast would be able to view and manage it. To enhance this experience, we will provide more visibility into what is currently being streamed out of Grabyo, as well as grant management access to certain user roles. After this update, all users who have access to a Producer stream will be able to see all ongoing broadcasts which have been created.
We have also made it so that ADMINS and MANAGERS will now have the power to start and stop broadcasts. This provides more flexibility for a team and less reliance on a single user.

We can now start creating workflows using segment markers and key bindings.
The new settings, which can be applied to the segment markers in key bindings, include:
Offset in-point
Offset out-point
Rating (also available for moment markers)
Plus, you can even use hardware for this if it applies to your setup.
This enhancement makes it super easy to log key segments during your event with a higher level of accuracy and flexibility.

30th June: Publishing integrations update
30th June: Publishing integrations update
1. Updated publishing integrations list
Firstly, we are updating the way your publishing integrations appear in the sidebar.
Previously, any social account with advanced options - such as cross-posting, posting in reels/stories format, or monetization, would appear as a button or drop-down menu next to the publishing integration name.
After this update, each of these options will be available within the context menu of each integration.
When you have activated any advanced options, you will see a confirmation message next to the name of the account.
2. Enhanced publishing sidebar: Search, filtering and pinning
We're also upgrading your publishing workflow with various new tools, including:
Search and organize
Find accounts instantly with a new search bar
Sort accounts by name or platform to organize your list
Filter accounts by destination to focus on what matters
Pin your favorites
Keep your most-used publishing destinations at the top of your accounts list with our new pinning feature
These improvements will make managing multiple accounts faster and easier, so you can focus on creating great content instead of hunting through lists.
