Polls Console

You can create your new poll by selecting the ‘+’ icon. Simply click into the new poll that appears in the left pane and then type your question into the box. You can choose whether you want to poll via the Facebook reactions or via Hashtags in the comments.

Insert your text into the answer choices making sure that you upload images for at least 2 of your answer choices. You can then proceed by selecting the ‘Start’ button to being polling.

Polling console output

Your polling console Playout appears on the left hand side of your webpage and will update in real-time with the reactions that are made on your Facebook video. You can take the URL of this Playout and then add this as a web source in Grabyo Producer. Once you have finished your poll you can select 'Stop polling...' to end your poll.

Social wall for Periscope

The social wall feature now also incorporates the ability to pull in comments from your Periscope live stream whilst streaming live to Twitter or Periscope directly, but please note that polls are not supported.

Once you have created your social wall and are live on Periscope, you can connect your Twitter/Periscope account on our social wall launcher page and enter in the Broadcast ID.

The Broadcast ID is the random character string appending your Periscope live stream URL. Once you have pasted this in, please add a wall name, update and select the "Comments Console".

To moderate the comments, you simply launch the "Comments Console" and start approving/rejecting the comments that are coming in. Please note that if you are streaming to both Facebook and Periscope, and have connected the social wall to both live posts on the respective platforms, comments from both posts will be collected here.
