Tagging social accounts

When publishing to Facebook and Twitter you can tag users by entering their name and/or Twitter handle directly into the social message field.

From the trim page

  1. Grab your clip
  2. Start typing your SOCIAL MESSAGE
  3. Type @ followed by the Twitter handle or Facebook page name
  4. Select accounts to tag
  5. Select MENTION to pair your social accounts
  6. Share your clip

Tip: If you social account does not appear straight away try removing some characters until it appears.

 

From the campaign library

  1. Select the clip you want to share
  2. Locate the SHARE tab in the sidebar
  3. Start typing your SOCIAL MESSAGE
  4. Type @ followed by the Twitter handle or Facebook page name
  5. Select accounts to tag
  6. Select MENTION to pair your social accounts
  7. Share your clip

Note: If you do not have a Twitter or Facebook account added you will not be able to see it.
